Using Zoom to church is pretty simple. But we know some of you have may need some help to use technology so we’ve put together our own step-by-step guide.

Step 1

You’ll receive an email from one of us with a link to Zoom service.

Step 2

When you click the link you’ll be taken to this page. Click on the download and follow the instructions to install Zoom. Note if you have already downloaded once then this step will be skipped.

Step 3

Once installed it should launch Zoom and you can skip to step 4. If not you may get this prompt (below), click “Open Zoom“. If you get access to “Accept Cookies” then click that button.

Step 4

You will be prompted for your name, enter what you like. You can check the “Remember my name …” (saves being asked next time) before then clicking on Join Meeting.

Step 5

You will now be prompted to Join Audio. You can tick the box next to “Automatically join audio..” (saves being asked next time) and then click “Join with Computer Audio”

Step 6

Now your in, you should see the video and hear people. If you want to show your video then you can click the “Start video” button.

Your Done.
